Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

First of all, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reasons you are not, we want to make it right and we’ll be happy to provide you with our return/exchange service.

For all items purchased from us the following conditions apply:

RETURN

You may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days of delivery without giving us any reason. This means from the moment you received your purchase you have 14 days to return or exchange it. Please contact us immediately if you need to return something. Once 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you you a refund or exchange.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to KAJO Jewels. We will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by KAJO Jewels will not be issued a refund. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on earrings for sanitary reasons.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. KAJO Jewels reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method as quickly as we can from the moment your item has been received by KAJO Jewels customer care. Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed from the date that the returned item is received.

EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item you purchased for the same item, send us an email at returns@kajo-jewels.com – we will assist you all the way through the process.
